Ledger Clerk

I am currently recruiting for my nationally recognised client based in Bromborough, due to growth of the business there is a need to recruit a Ledger Clerk to support the Finance team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inputting Purchase invoices
• Matching GRN to PO
• Reconciling and inputting Credit Card statement
• Balancing and maintaining purchase ledger – owning the ledger
• Raising Maintenance sales applications and invoices
• Ensuring all contracts are billed each month

Key Skills and Attributes

• Keen to learn
• Works well within a time and as an individual
• Microsoft experience; in particular Excel
• Basic understanding of a finance function is required
