Our client is a successful, manufacturing/distribution organisation with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. They are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join them to cover a period of sickness for a minimum of 2 weeks.

As HR Manger you will report in to the Head of Finance and have an HR Assistant as a direct report. Working closely with the Senior Management Team you will help deliver on the BAU workload as well supporting some current projects. You will be responsible for providing a robust and accurate service to both managers and employees. You will need an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice in order to support line managers across all aspects of HR remit including recruitment, termination, performance management, absence management, employee relations and HR best practice. An experienced HR Manager you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid, well rounded generalist, you are a passionate, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will ideally have gained your experience from within a manufacturing/distribution or similar organisation. You will be a robust and resilient individual and be able to start immediately and hit the ground running from day one.
