I am currently recruiting for my client who has an urgent part time requirement. They are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join the team. The role will be part time initially with potential to increase hours as time goes by and things develop. The role initially will be c15-18 hours, ideally done over 3 days. The successful applicant will have Sage 50 experience and be able to hit the ground running.
- Purchase ledger – control, invoices, payments, statement recs
- Bank transactions – posting payments and receipts accurately.
- Reconciliation of income transactions – credit card, cash and banking
- Recording of sales VAT
- Purchase order reconciliations
To be successful here you will be a quick learner, team player, confident and experienced.
